recipe: Donna's Beef Brisket

This is the beef brisket recipe that Donna made for use right after Jack and Megan were born. It is AWESOME!
I'm think it might be good with Flank steak also.

Donna's Beef Brisket
1 C + 5 oz Soy Sauce (I think "C" means CUP)
2 C cooking Sherry
46 oz pineapple juice
6 oz red wine vinegar
1 1/4 C sugar
1 T fresh crushed garlic or garlic powder (I think "T" mean Tablespoon)
Mix all ingredients together and let meat saute over night in frig.
Cook meat at 300 degrees 9-12 hours.
This can be used for "any meat" (actual title of recipe is "Saute for any meat").
When Donna uses this for 3 lbs of brisket, she used:
3/4 C soy sauce
1/2 C sherry
2 small cans of pineapple juice
1/4 C of red wine vinegar
1/4 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp. fresh crushed garlic
